1. Scope of the service
AlugaFácil provides a digital platform for publishing, discovering and managing real estate listings, contacts, messages, favourites and visits. The platform may be used by interested users, private owners and real estate professionals.
2. Accounts and eligibility
By creating an account, the user agrees to provide accurate, current and complete information. The platform may limit, suspend or terminate accounts that present false information, abusive behaviour or use that conflicts with these terms.
3. Listings and submitted content
The user is responsible for the data, descriptions, images, prices, availability and other information submitted in listings. AlugaFácil may moderate, reject, hide or remove content that breaches platform rules, applicable law or minimum quality and trust standards.
4. Rules for owners, agents and agencies
Anyone publishing a listing must have legitimate standing regarding the property, comply with legal obligations and avoid misleading users. Professional profiles, licences, brands and other trust elements may be displayed publicly according to the product design and associated profile.
5. Contacts, messages and visits
The platform may provide direct contact tools, chat, operational scoring and visit booking. Users accept that information needed to organize a visit or a property contact may be shared with the responsible advertiser under the Privacy Policy and Visit Policy.
6. Availability, moderation and security
AlugaFácil may update features, apply security measures, limit flows, perform maintenance and moderate content whenever necessary to protect the platform, its users and service integrity. Availability may vary and some features may be changed or discontinued.
7. Limitation of liability
AlugaFácil is not a party to lease, sale, brokerage or any other agreement entered into between users, owners, agents or agencies. The platform does not guarantee transaction completion, absolute accuracy of user statements or absence of commercial risk between the parties.
