Visit Policy
We explain how data shared during visit booking and management is used, who may receive it, and what responsibilities apply to users, agents and property owners.
1. Scope
This policy applies to booking, confirmation, management and follow-up flows for property visits on AlugaFácil, including visits requested by interested users and visits managed by owners or professionals.
2. Data shared in the visit flow
When a user registers for a visit, data such as name, phone number, optional email, number of residents, work situation, declared conditions and additional notes needed to organize the visit may be collected and shared.
3. Who receives this data
Data submitted for a visit may be made available to the advertiser responsible for the property, whether that is a private owner, a real estate agent or an authorized agency team managing the listing, strictly for visit preparation, contact and visit management.
4. Security and encryption
Data shared in the visit flow is processed on the backend with the same protection standard applied to the rest of the platform's user data, including encryption mechanisms and access controls appropriate to AlugaFácil's operational context.
5. Rules for owners and professionals
Owners, agents and agencies receiving visit data must use it only to manage contact, confirm availability, prepare the visit, comply with legal duties and respond to the user's request. Reuse of this data for purposes unrelated to the visit or property contact process is not allowed without legal basis or additional consent.
6. Rules for interested users
By requesting a visit, the user confirms that the information provided is accurate, appropriate for the request and may be shared with the advertiser under this policy to enable visit booking and management.
7. Retention and rights
Visit-related data may be retained as long as necessary for operations, security, abuse prevention and legal compliance. Users may exercise their applicable data rights as described in the Privacy Policy.
